For cardholders collecting themselves, simply present

a. A screenshot of the original SMS sent by UOB to cardholder

b. A copy of the cardholder's NRIC/Passport/Singpass for verification purposes at the redemption outlet.

If a nominee is collecting on your behalf

a. A screenshot of the original SMS sent by UOB to cardholder

b. A copy of the cardholder's NRIC/Passport/Singpass for verification purposes at the redemption outlet.

c. The nominee's original NRIC/Passport/Singpass for verification purposes at the redemption outlet.

If you are unable to collect the luggage personally, you may authorize someone to collect the gift on your behalf by presenting the following:

a. A screenshot of the original SMS sent by UOB to cardholder

b. A copy of your NRIC/Passport/Singpass for verification purposes at the redemption outlet.

c. The authorised person's original NRIC/Passport/Singpass for verification purposes at the redemption outlet.

You can reschedule your appointment in the confirmation email or simply book another timing in the calendar above.

We do not offer delivery services at the moment.

• Only one redemption code may be used per redemption of the Jisulife Ultra 1 Fan
• The Fan must be redeemed before the deadline stated above. UOB shall not extend the redemption period for any reason whatsoever. Any fan that is not redeemed by the redemption date stated will be forfeited.
• Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable for credit, cash or kind in all cases whether in whole or in part.
• Fan inspection shall be performed upon receipt. UOB does not warrant the quality, performance, or fitness for the purpose of any vouchers, goods or any services and shall not be responsible for any consequences in connection with the Fan, the promotion and/or redemption or use of letters, goods or services.
• UOB reserves the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute this promotion anytime, without any prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment of compensation whatsoever.
• UOB reserves the right to charge the retail value of the Fan redeemed, in the event the redemption code is found to be redeemed more than once by Customer.
