Local Singapore Shipping: 3-5 business days
International Shipping: 5-15 business days
For now, we only ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Further updates will be announced if we open up to more countries in the near future.
To return or exchange your purchase, get in touch with us at knock@theeboldstories.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 3-year warranty for Manufacture Defects in products. Our warranty covers the following issues:
- Zipper Puller
- TSA Lock issue
- Telescopic handle
- Rubber Handle
- Zipper Railing
Warranty is subjected to the date of purchase & frequency of use.
We do not provide International Warranty. Warranty is only applicable in Singapore where customers have bought their bags/luggage.
1. Any damage caused by accidents, or abrasion (e.g. transport damage)
2. Exposure to extreme temperature, UV damage, solvents, acids, water, laundering, or bleach/ The natural colour breakdown of colours and materials/ water-resistance coating over extended use
3. Normal wear and tear (including zippers) / Cut or Burnt marks/ Holes on appearance/ Scratches
4. Mould Issues or dirty marks due to bad maintenance of the product/ Improper Use
5. Broken Webbing (Not from manufacturing)
6. Extra threads or frayed fabric
7. Printed Logo Damage
8. Self Repair done
9. Missing parts
Services
There is no in-house Repair Team. However, all repairs will be done under 3rd party Repair Centres.
